Giving to Life Choices has never been easier!  We can draft your checking or savings account for a designated amount on the 5th of each month.  This is a great way to partner with us monthly.  It will save writing a check and the cost of postage.  Please download our EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) form to draft your account monthly.
