If you would like to give a gift "in memory of" or "in honor of" someone special, we will mail a card to the bereaved person or the person being honored.  What a thoughtful way to show your care and concern for those you love.  Please complete the Memorial/Honorarium Form and mail with your gift so that we can send the proper acknowledgements.

GIVE TO LIFE CHOICES THROUGH SCHNUCKS GROCERY

Life Choices has partnered with Schnucks to give you another opportunity to give.  Present your Schnucks card every time you shop, and Schnucks will donate a percentage of your total purchase to Life Choices.  Just follow these easy steps:

If you have a Schnucks Customer Card, you can use that to start raising funds for Life Choices.  You may register your existing card for the eScrip Fundraising Program by calling (800)931-6258.

Register your new Schnucks Customer Card by calling or by visiting www.schnucks.com to activate.

 

Shop at Schnucks for your grocery needs, then give the checker your Schnucks Customer Card to scan every time you shop.

MATCHING GIFTS

Some employers will offer a matching gift to 501 c 3 non-profits like Life Choices.  Please check with your employer for details.

 

UNITED WAY

Life Choices is not a United Way agency, but you can still give to us if your employer is a participant in the annual United Way Campaign.  United Way has asked that numbers not be used on the forms;  just indicate that you wish your gift to go to Life Choices in Memphis.

 

AT CHRISTMAS

You can honor those special people in your life at Christmas with a gift to Life Choices in their name.  We will send a Christmas card informing them of your Christmas gift in their honor.  We ask that you send Life Choices your information by December 10th to ensure the Christmas cards reach your special person in time.

LEGACY GIFTS

Should you desire to make Life Choices a part of your estate planning, please contact your attorney or estate specialist.  This would be a wonderful way to truly leave a "legacy" while helping Life Choices empower women and their families to make life-affirming decisions for their unborn babies and themselves.
